ABOUT US
What is SelfRegLab?
SelfRegLab is a small research, education and consulting practice focused on psychosomatic self-regulation – the way stress, bodily signals, habits and context shape how we function day to day.
We combine psychological knowledge, data from real life, and simple, realistic practices to support better stress management, recovery, and self-awareness under time pressure.
Our work includes research projects, educational materials, and individual or organisational consulting.
Note: SelfRegLab does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or professional diagnosis.
About the person behind SelfRegLab
SelfRegLab was created and is led by Sylwester Ejkszto an Engineering Delivery Manager working in large international IT environments and a psychology student with a strong interest in how stress, performance and the body interact in everyday life.
This combination of practical experience in high-pressure projects and formal psychological education helps to keep our work both realistic and evidence-informed.
Offer
Consultations are available in Polish and English.
Individual consultations
If you feel that your stress is always “on”, your body doesn’t fully recover, or you are constantly running on reserve, individual consultations can help you understand what is going on and what to change first.
What we can work on together
chronic tension and feeling “on edge”
difficulties with recovery, even after sleep or time off
stress-related physical symptoms (e.g. tightness, headaches, stomach issues)
everyday habits that keep your nervous system in overdrive
realistic ways to support your body while still meeting life and work demands
How consultations work
Online 1:1 sessions (usually 45 minutes)
A short pre-session questionnaire to understand your context
Mapping your stress and regulation patterns using concrete examples from your life
Identifying 1–3 realistic changes or experiments you can try between sessions
The focus is on realistic, data-informed changes rather than perfect routines that are impossible to maintain.
If you would like to explore individual work, use the contact form and briefly describe your situation. We will get back to you with possible next steps and available times.
